QFM in cooperation with the Institute of Excellence in Islamic Jerusalem Studies at the University of North Malaysia, organized this seminar entitled: 100th Anniversary of the Balfour Declaration: Hope or Destruction, attended by representatives of NGOs, university students and who are interested and that was on 3 November 2017.

Dr. Abdul Fattah Al Owaisi, professor of international relations, was invited by QFM. He visited the University of North Malaysia and talked about the historical circumstances that concurred the Balfour Declaration and the colonial reasons behind granting the Jews this promise, referring to the manipulative colonial mentality that characterized Britain's relations with the Arabs, based on British Foreign Documents.

The event included, screening of Balfour Road, produced by Al Awda Centre in London, as well as numerous interventions and discussions.
