Al-Quds Foundation Malaysia launched “Save Al-Quds Campaign” which is a worldwide campaign. This campaign led to form a coalition of 27 of the Malaysian NGOs. The campaign launched to express the Islamic world and the Malaysian people refusal to the Israeli policies in Jerusalem.

This campaign launched on 5-12-2014 under the auspices of the Minister of Interior Dr. Dato' Seri Dr. Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
