QFM participates in the "Parliamentarians for Al-Quds" conference

Al-Quds Foundation Malaysia (QFM) participated in organizing the third
international conference of"Parliamentarians for Al-Quds". The
conference was held by Parliamentarians for Al-Quds Association in cooperation
with a number of local institutions, under the title "Toward an effective
strategy for the liberation of Al-Quds", in the Malaysian capital Kuala
Lumpur on 8th and 9th of February 2020, under the generous patronage of the
Speaker of the Malaysian Parliament, in the presence of the Malaysian Prime Minister
Mahathir bin Muhammad, and with the participation of more than 300 MPs from 40
countries. Dato Sri Utama Makhriz Bin Tun Mahadir Muhammad, Chairman of the
Board of Trustees of the QFM, also participated in the conference’s sessions.
As part of its work in the organizing committee, QFM designed and
implemented exhibitions accompanying the conference, such as the
"Palestinian Parliamentarian Prisoners" exhibition, the Jerusalem
Photo Gallery, as well as an exhibition on the Palestinian issue through an
infographic.
The exhibitions also featured a special section displaying the QFM’s
educational publications, and an introductory section for the “AqsaPedia”
project: the first multilingual encyclopedia on Masjid Al-Aqsa, launched by QFM
last August.
It is noteworthy that the exhibitions witnessed a turnout of
parliamentarians and participants at the international conference.
The Foundation, represented by Dr. Sharif Abu Shamala, CEO of QFM, also
participated in the conference, public and regional sessions on Southeast Asia.
