An Israeli court on Sunday imposed an 11-month prison sentence on the mother of the Palestinian martyr Mohammed Abu Ghannam.

Quds Press said that Suzan Abu Ghannam, 39, was sentenced to 11 months in Israeli jails over "incitement" on social media networks.

The Israeli forces arrested Abu Ghannam from her house in al-Tur town, east of Al-Quds (Jerusalem), on 5 August 2018.

Mohammed Abu Ghannam was shot and killed by the Israeli forces on 21 July 2017 during the confrontations that broke out in Al-Quds (Jerusalem) following Israel's installation of metal detectors around al-Aqsa Mosque.
